  1. Qualification

    We evaluate regulatory posture, executive sponsorship, data domains, and target KPIs. Only initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes proceed.

  2. KPI contract

    Together we define quantitative KPIs and acceptance criteria (e.g., p95 latency ≤ 150 ms, 99.95% SLO, onboarding < 24 hours, audit findings = 0 high).

  3. Discovery sprint (pre‑financed)

    Architecture, threat model, and delivery plan. You pay nothing up front.

  4. Build & operate

    Acceleration teams ship to production with GitOps, IaC, and progressive delivery. We run it until KPIs are consistently met.

  5. License & support

    When KPIs are met, you license the solution with transparent fees. We provide training, documentation, and 24×7 support.

  6. If it’s not accepted

    If the solution doesn’t meet the agreed KPIs and is not accepted, we absorb the build cost.

Build–Operate–License

Unlike agencies or equity-based incubators, we pre‑finance the build and earn via licensing only after acceptance.
