Are you a payment company?
No. We are a technology and intellectual property development company. We build the back‑end platforms and connect to licensed institutions; we do not provide retail payment processing or hold client funds.
Do you take equity in client projects?
No. Our economics are licensing‑based once KPIs are met. There are no upfront development fees and no equity taken.
What happens if KPIs aren’t met?
If the jointly agreed KPIs aren’t met and the solution isn’t accepted, we absorb the cost.
Who qualifies to work with you?
We partner with regulated institutions and select fintechs that have strong compliance posture, executive sponsorship, and clearly defined KPIs.
What about security and compliance?
Security is built‑in: zero‑trust networking, encryption, supply‑chain security, and audit‑ready artifacts mapped to SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and FFIEC guidelines.
